These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PDFSolution website and services at pdfsolution.online. The services are provided by Pdf solution ("Pdf solution", trading as PDFSolution, "we", "us"), and your contract for the services is with Pdf solution.

By accessing or using PDFSolution, you agree to these Terms. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement and, if you are using PDFSolution on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Use of PDFSolution

PDFSolution provides online tools for processing, converting, editing, organizing, and managing PDF and related document files.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The files you upload
• The content of those files
• Ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to process the files
• Your use of the resulting documents
• Keeping your account credentials secure

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use PDFSolution to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Process documents you do not have permission to use
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with the operation of the website
• Introduce malicious software
• Abuse automated systems
• Attempt to bypass security controls or usage restrictions
• Use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

4. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of content and documents that you upload.

By uploading a document, you grant PDFSolution only the permissions reasonably necessary to process and provide the requested service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and process the document.

5. Intellectual Property

The PDFSolution website, software, design, branding, logos, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to PDFSolution unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit PDFSolution's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep PDFSolution available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. PDF Processing

PDF processing results may depend on the structure, quality, format, size, and characteristics of uploaded files.

We cannot guarantee that every document will process successfully or that the resulting document will exactly match the original.

Users should verify important documents and results before relying on them.

PDFSolution may use third-party services and infrastructure.

The availability and operation of third-party services may affect certain PDFSolution features.

We take reasonable measures to protect the service and information processed through it.

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDFSolution will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Plans, Payments and Subscriptions

PDFSolution offers a free plan, paid Pro and Business subscriptions, and a one-time 24-Hour PDF Pass. Prices, credit allowances, and plan limits are shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase and are stated exclusive of any taxes that may apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

If a payment fails, your account may be marked past due and paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

13. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PDFSolution, in whole or in part, where there is a material breach of these Terms, non-payment of amounts due, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable-use rules. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue first.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends and stored files and account data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

15. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue features of PDFSolution at any time.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
