Add Image — frequently asked questions

Which image formats can I insert?
Common web formats such as JPG and PNG.
Can I use a transparent PNG?
Yes, transparency is preserved when the image is embedded.
Will the image blur?
Use an image at least as large as the area you place it in; scaling a small image up will look soft.
Can I put the same logo on every page?
Add it page by page in the editor, or use Watermark for repeated text.
Does adding images increase the file size?
Yes. Run Compress PDF afterwards if the file becomes too large.
